Our Story
Meridian and Co Advisory was not built in a boardroom. It was built from a lived understanding of what businesses actually go through: the agreements that sit unsigned for days, the compliance gaps nobody flags until it’s too late, and the quiet complexity that runs behind every business that looks put together from the outside.
Both of us come from business families. We have watched our fathers navigate contracts, sit through MOU reviews, and deal with legal documentation. During our undergraduate years in Bangalore, we found ourselves doing the same: reviewing agreements, drafting documents, trying to bridge the gap between law and the real world of business. That experience didn’t just shape our understanding of law. It shaped our understanding of what businesses truly need from a legal advisor.
An introduction to corporate law during our bachelor’s opened a door we never looked back from. We went on to pursue our Master of Laws in International Business Law from the University of Leeds, UK, a deliberate choice, because we wanted to bring a global legal perspective to the businesses we would one day serve.
Meridian and Co Advisory was founded with one clear vision to make corporate legal advisory accessible, practical, and genuinely useful for businesses at every stage. From idea to identity -Meridian has found its vision.
